Your rent is all-inclusive of utility bills (subject to a fair usage allowance) - so you shouldn’t receive any bills for electricity, gas or water. No need to argue with your flatmates over bills!

You will have access to our WIFI service provided by GLIDE, offering up to 250MB throughout the entire building, communal areas, stairwells and outside in our courtyard. Wired ethernet ports are also in every bedroom with downloads speeds of up to 400MB and upload speeds of up to 600MB which is great for you gamers!

Your rent includes personal contents insurance as we have partnered up with Endsleigh, the number 1 student insurance provider to arrange this for you at no extra cost!

Only Mezzino residents carrying a security key fob have access to the building, and each apartment has its own door entry system. Full 24-hour CCTV is in operation in all lobby areas.

Car Parking and car charging - We have 8 car parking spaces with electric car charging available to rent on a first come first served basis. Please enquire to reserve your parking space.

Members of the accommodation team are on site to answer questions and help out.

All residents have access to four private, fully furnished courtyard which is complete with table tennis table. A fantastic outdoor space and perfect zone to get away from it all for a while and do as much exercise as you need!

Our large modern kitchens are fully fitted, and each includes an oven, separate hob, integrated microwave/oven (Studios only) and fridge freezer.

Our cinema room is equipped with the very latest audio and visual technology. So come and enjoy the full cinema experience. So whether you want to cast something onto the big screen and chill out or come along to some of our movie nights or watch the Champions League, the choice is yours.

In addition to the ample private study space provided in your apartment and room we also have private study areas situated in our fantastic study communal lounge. You will be able to invite your friends along to study with you in style.

Regatta Gym - Forget paying for Gym membership, our state of art Regatta Gym comes fully equipped with Matrix Fitness equipment bikes, running machines, rowing machines and weights. We even have a Yoga section with a TV to connect your phone to!! Let the urban landscapes captivate you whilst working out and be amazed by where your travels around the world will take you! Our state-of-the-art laundry facilities allow residents the opportunity to wash and dry their clothes in comfort. No need for queuing as our laundry app will let you see from the comfort of your apartment when machines are in use.
